On March 7, 1967, this musical premiered Off-Broadway.  In its first Broadway production in 1999, You're a Good Man Charlie Brown, Kristin Chenoweth won a Tony Award for Best Actress as Sally Brown and Roger Bart won for Best Actor as Snoopy. You're a Good Man Charlie Brown is based on the characters from the Charles M. Schulz comic strip Peanuts. "My Philosophy" is among the most popular songs from the show.
