The original production of Company was nominated for a record-setting fourteen Tony Awards and won six including Best Score and Best Musical. Company is a concept musical composed of short vignettes, presented in no particular chronological order, linked by a celebration for Bobby's 35th birthday. With music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim, Company returned to Broadway in 1996 and 2006.
There are 30 tracks on this album: Tracks 1-15 contain the background tracks and guide vocals; tracks 16-30 contain the accompaniment tracks alone. All tracks are re-recorded by professional singers and are in the original show tempos and keys.

All our albums include professionally recorded guide vocals. Each song appears on the album twice: once with music and vocals, and once with accompaniment tracks alone. This allows the performer to learn a song by singing along with the vocals and music, then to practice their technique accompanied only by the background tracks.
This album is recorded in CD, not CD+G format. There are no on-screen lyrics or lyric booklet provided.
